If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or request our services.

2. Services We Provide

We provide professional exterior cleaning services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, which may include:

3. Quotes & Estimates

• •Quotes and estimates are free and based on the information and photos you provide.
• •Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site assessment of the property’s size, condition, and accessibility.
• •Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change if actual conditions differ from what was described.
• •If you select "I’m not sure yet" when booking, your appointment date and time are marked "TBD," and we will contact you to coordinate a time.

4. Booking & Scheduling

• •Submitting a booking or quote request is a request for service and is not a confirmed appointment until we accept it.
• •We will confirm your appointment by phone, text, or email.
• •Appointment times are approximate arrival windows. Weather, prior jobs, and travel can affect timing.
• •We reserve the right to reschedule when weather or on-site conditions make the work unsafe or ineffective.

5. Pricing & Payment

• •Prices are as quoted or as confirmed with you at the time of service.
• •Payment is due upon completion of the service unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• •We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking or service.
• •Returned payments, failed transactions, or chargebacks may be subject to additional fees.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as early as possible so we can offer the time slot to other customers. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect our ability to schedule future services for you.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To help us complete your service safely and effectively, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate property, contact, and access information.
• •Ensure safe, unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned and to a working outdoor water source, unless arranged otherwise.
• •Move or secure vehicles, patio furniture, décor, potted plants, pets, and fragile items away from work areas.
• •Close all windows and exterior doors before work begins.
• •Disclose any known hazards, leaks, damaged surfaces, or sensitive materials before we start.

8. Property Condition & Disclaimer

Exterior surfaces age and weather over time. Cleaning can sometimes reveal conditions that were not visible beforehand. You acknowledge and agree that:

• •We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear, including loose or failing paint, deteriorated caulk or seals, damaged or brittle screens, worn or oxidized coatings, rotted wood, or improperly installed surfaces.
• •Cleaning may expose staining, discoloration, or damage that existed before our work but was hidden by dirt or buildup.
• •If we determine that a surface is too fragile or unsafe to clean, we may decline that portion of the work.
• •Results can vary with the age, material, and prior maintenance of each surface.

9. Satisfaction

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within three (3) days so we can inspect and, where appropriate, re-service the affected area. Re-service is our sole remedy for dissatisfaction. This is not a warranty against future re-soiling, regrowth of algae or organic matter, or normal weathering over time.

10. Photos & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos of completed work for quality records and marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and advertising. These photos generally do not identify you personally or display your full address. If you prefer that we not use photos of your property, please tell us in writing before your service.

11. Insurance

DFW Washing Pros carries liability insurance for the services we provide. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFW Washing Pros and its owners and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DFW Washing Pros, its owners, and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your failure to disclose hazards or property conditions, or your misuse of the Site.

14. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from us regarding your quote, appointment, and service. 15. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, logos, graphics, photos, and design—is owned by or licensed to DFW Washing Pros and is protected by applicable laws. 16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
